OUR MISSION
We are on a mission to end food waste on organic banana farms by upcycling the bananas that would otherwise go to waste. When "imperfect" bananas have scuffs, are a little too long or short - they are typically rejected for export. We take these delicious bananas and turn them into healthy organic snacks.

STORY
Growing up I developed a fascination with traveling to fruit plantations and seeing the thousand of mango trees or banana palms. We would often visit a family friend's banana plantation that had their own dehydrator and we would get loads of these sun dried bananas and they were my father's favorite snack - it was sweet and full of potassium.

Bananas are the single largest export in Ecuador, they are the most consumed fruit in the world and also the only fruit that doesn't have a secondary solution to all the fruit that don't meet the cosmetic standards.
